Dream Big Princess is an ongoing campaign with the objective of inspiring and empowering young girls to dream big and become leaders.
The project deliverable was a 16x9 video. The goal was to produce another episode of a series called Disney Toy Adventures, featuring Disney Princess Royal Shimmer Dolls.

The video - now uploaded onto Hasbro's official YouTube channel - was created using stop motion animation. An external production team was being hired, so I was responsible for conceptualising and storyboarding the video.

To make the video meaningful, I decided to incorporate powerful quotes from each princess with the activities they enjoy. Instead of simply adding the quote to each frame, I felt that seamlessly integrating it into the scenes would be more tasteful. For instance, I included the copy on Rapunzel's canvas, carved it into Cinderella's pumpkin, had it emerge from Jasmine's lamp, framed it in Ariel's room, and added a title to Belle's book.

I prepared a flow, screenplay, and storyboard using Word Document and Illustrator. The screenplay were written descriptions of the props required, the shots needed, the direction of the story, and some important notes. The storyboard consisted of all the transitions, prop placement, colours, and copy, what was in each shot, and detailed descriptions of every action the dolls made.

Once everything was approved, the external production company began shooting and editing the video. They sent us drafts, and we provided feedback. It was truly fulfilling to see my storyboard come to life.
